What is Art Therapy?

Art therapy combines psychological therapeutic techniques with the creative process of art-making. You don't need any artistic skill or experience—the focus is on the process of creation, not the final product.

In our sessions together, you might work with paint, clay, collage, drawing, or other materials in a safe, supportive environment. The artwork becomes a bridge for communication, self-discovery, and healing.

Who Can Benefit?

Art therapy can support people experiencing:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Grief and loss
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Life transitions and stress
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Low self-esteem and identity concerns
  • Chronic illness or pain

I work with adults, adolescents, and children, tailoring each session to meet individual needs and goals.
